2008 our head quater estabished and start to make the industry ceramic parts
2010 we got good sales at industry ceramic parts, hope to research some related fields like dental zirconia fields
2011 We start to research dental zirconia independently
2012 our heard quater researched the HT white, ST white
2013 16 color preshaded ST, UT white, UT precolor successfully
2014 multilayer zirconia 16 shaded
2015 We did OEM brand for some bigger company
2016 not only OEM brand, we hope sell them by our own brand
2017 we establish our own brand and sales company / HONCHON SMILE TECHNOLOGY CO ., LTD

Our Service
1, Raw materials (zirconia powder) inspection before manufacturing.
2, Inspection is required for every step during manufacturing.
Try pressing – Cold Isostatic Pressing – Sintering (Auto-monitor control and inspected by sintering ring)- Shrinkage calculating –Processing – Packing and Stocking
3, Bending strength have to be tested for every production lot.
4, Milling testing after manufacturing. We will choose several pieces to make milling testing from every production lot. To make sure the milling performance is good as we expected.
5, Sintering testing. Aftering milling, we will also sinter the crowns in different ovens.
